Next CAP Course 28 May

The aim of CAP Money is to support us all not only to live within our resources but as mandated in the Bible to be wise stewards of what God has given us.

The first CAP Money Course took place in November 2012 and we have now had 16 delegates participate in the training. Adopting the CAP Money System to manage their finances, spend 33% less—just imagine what you could do with that money! Through the course we have also been able to support people with unmanageable debt by referring them on to a CAP Money Plus. An absolute lifeline to those at the end of their tether who can see no way out of their financial mess.

CAP have recently rebranded and released new training materials which we are looking forward to working with on our next course which we will commence on Tuesday, 28th May at the MacCallum Centre. The training is delivered over three sessions (approx one and a half hours each) with an option for add on sessions for specific topics e.g. Biblical Stewardship, Retirement, Couples, Young People.

We are also beginning to work with couples and individuals who have particular needs and require more intensive support. If you are interested in participating in CAP Money or would like to find out more about the work of CAP in general, please speak to Fiona Dolan or Fontaine Selway.

Next CAP (Christians Against Poverty) course

We are just about to finish our second CAP Money Training Course and already planning a third. As CAP trainers we feel God’s blessing on the course, and personally, as we grow in our experience and knowledge of the CAP system.

If you are interested in coming along to the next course please speak to Fiona or Fontaine. If you’ve already been on a course or just feel it’s not for you why not recommend to friends and family or even come along with them.

The next course will start on Tuesday April 23rd 19:30-21:00 in the MacCallum Centre.
